Most of what we offer at REC Ventures is digital in nature: trainings, calls, systems, strategies, templates and similar resources. Once you purchase access or book a paid call, you receive instant or privileged access to our intellectual property, time and systems. For this reason, all payments made to REC Ventures for digital products, strategy calls, consultations, coaching, DFY services or similar offerings are non-refundable, unless a specific written refund guarantee is clearly mentioned on that particular offer page.

For paid strategy or blueprint calls, fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. If you need to reschedule, you may reach out within a reasonable notice period before the call time, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of the fee for that call. For done-for-you or high-ticket service engagements, the terms in your specific service agreement or client contract with REC Ventures will override any general refund language here.
